Very good base for me to add my cream cheese buttercream to make my daughter’s birthday cake. Out of the three types I ordered, the chocolate was the crumbliest which made it harder to work with and decorate. I still managed to do a good job and the finish was excellent. The taste was amazing. I am finishing off the final pieces of left over cake 10 days after it was delivered and it’s still very good.
