Shocking lack of customer service

I ordered several cakes for my children’s birthday - my order was supposedly delivered to a neighbour, despite me being home at the time. I had checked with several people in my area as well as concierge and no one had the parcel. The courier was unreachable and when I contacted Nude cakes they were not at all helpful but also stopped responding to my emails. Absolutely no effort to resolve my issue or offer to follow up with their delivery partner. Will definitely not order from them again.
