Fruit cake full of lots of fruit but a little on the dry side. Added some brandy, waited a few days and it was perfect.

I was sadly disappointed, it felt and tasted slightly burnt, fruit pieces were crispy, colour was a lot darker than I expected and no cherries. Overall would not buy again, I read all the reviews and did not feel my cake met these standards sorry.
