Ordered 4 cakes for my kids birthday party on the weekend, to arrive on Friday 22 Nov. It didn’t arrive. Called, messaged on Instagram, emailed but no response until Monday. I had to scramble to find cakes for my daughter with allergies. Got a half hearted response on Monday saying they fulfilled their delivery but it was the delivery company that didn’t fulfill their responsibility. Unfortunately I ordered with your company and expect the cakes to arrive on the delivery date. Refused to give me a refund. Disappointed.

Was amazing really amazing
Ordered 12" 10" and 8" for my wedding cake when it arrived I realised it was not deep enough to cut in half so had to pay next day delivery to order another 3 cakes . I spent all weekend decorating them for our wedding giving 24 hours for icing to set before I got to work decorating. It looked stunning but sadly not for long .the sponge was way to wet that it collapsed before our wedding day. Lots of surport inbetween tiers but cake was to wet to hold it.even had another expert look at it as i was deverstated and they said the same .Would not recommend using it as a tired wedding cake . xx
